LAV Crafts Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully, as terms may vary by product type.

Patch Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

Email us at LAVCraftsandthings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the stated windows are not eligible for a return or refund.
